Chutzpah International Limited is seeking an experienced Architect / Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction sites. The role involves interpreting architectural drawings, supervising site activities, and ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications.
Interpret architectural drawings and implement them accurately on site
Independently supervise construction sites and coordinate activities
Ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
Travel to multiple sites for supervision as required
Apply technical skills using AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software
Maintain project documentation and report progress to management
2–3 years of experience in architecture or site supervision
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software
Strong ability to execute and supervise construction drawings on site
Willingness to travel for site supervision
Immediate availability to start
