ONE DIVERSE DESIGN is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to execution. The role involves producing high-quality architectural designs and 3D visualizations, supervising junior architects, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Lead architectural design projects from concept to working drawings
Produce and review high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations
Translate client briefs into functional, aesthetic, and buildable designs
Supervise and review work of junior architects and designers
Coordinate consultants and manage architectural documentation
Present design concepts and visuals to clients
Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely completion of projects
Degree in Architecture
5–7 years professional experience
Strong portfolio showcasing architectural design and 3D interior/exterior projects
Advanced proficiency in Revit, V-Ray, Enscape, and AutoCAD
Good understanding of construction detailing and documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
ARCON or COREN registration is an advantage
