Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Assist with onboarding processes and other HR-related tasks
Support the recruitment team in daily operations
BSc or HND in any field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment
Completion of NYSC
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Interest in Human Resources or Recruitment
Must reside near Surulere, Lagos
