Aorta Studios is hiring an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead mobile engineering for high-growth products. The role involves handling complex architectures, state management, native integrations, offline logic, and full CI/CD and deployment cycles.
Build and structure scalable mobile applications using clean architecture principles
Implement advanced state management with BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider
Translate detailed Figma designs into responsive Flutter interfaces
Integrate mobile applications with native APIs such as biometrics, camera, maps, and background services
Develop offline-first functionality using local databases and synchronization logic
Manage CI/CD pipelines, including release processes for Google Play and Apple App Store
Apply testing methods including unit, widget, and integration tests
Collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Work with backend interactions, token handling, and graceful error management
Participate in technical assessments, reviews, and improvement processes
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter
Advanced proficiency in Dart and state management tools such as BLoC or Riverpod
Strong UI/UX sensitivity with attention to detail
Experience with Flutter app architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture or MVVM
Familiarity with Firebase, Git, Figma, and CI/CD tools
Knowledge of native development (Swift/Kotlin) is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting
Must currently reside in Nigeria
