Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise field operations, device installations, audits, and enforce quality standards.
Monitor GNSS devices, VTUs, fuel systems, and handle troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
Create SOPs, automate operational workflows, and maintain accurate documentation for devices, SIM cards, and client assets.
Work closely with engineering, NOC, field teams, and clients to resolve issues and support feature rollouts.
Manage inventory, hardware lifecycle, SIM activations, usage, and replacements.
Prepare reports on uptime, productivity, support performance, and overall operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
4 to 8 years of experience in IoT, logistics, or tech-enabled operations.
Strong understanding of GNSS devices, VTUs, fuel probes, and device communication protocols.
Skilled in log analysis, dashboard usage, issue resolution, and workflow design.
