This role supports data-driven decision-making across financial, operational, sales, and clinical functions. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, and skilled at transforming complex data into clear insights that boost performance, revenue, and strategic growth.
Build and maintain dashboards that track key operational, financial, and commercial metrics
Analyze sales trends, revenue patterns, pricing performance, and patient acquisition data
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with accurate insights
Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen commercial strategy
Assess clinic performance and provide data to guide expansion and acquisition decisions
Work with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales/Commercial, and Clinical teams to align insights with business goals
Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making
Ensure strong data accuracy, consistency, and governance practices
Strong commercial awareness and business understanding
