Associate Product Manager

RockWallet is seeking an entry-level Associate Product Manager to support product strategy, enhance user experiences, and contribute to high-quality product solutions. The role offers hands-on experience in product discovery, execution, and validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Assist Product Managers with executing product strategy and day-to-day operations.

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market exploration to guide product decisions.

Translate user needs and business goals into actionable product recommendations.

Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to refine user flows, interactions, and solutions.

Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria to support development.

Build product documentation, including discovery briefs, PRDs, and internal presentations.

Participate in ideation, brainstorming, and design thinking sessions.

Define validation plans and success metrics for product initiatives.

Continuously apply best practices and frameworks in product management.

0–2 years of experience in project management, design, engineering, product marketing, operations, or consulting.

Bachelor’s degree in a field fostering strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented.

Demonstrates strong judgment, product instincts, and ability to connect user needs with business goals.

Eager to learn and continuously grow skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Asana, roadmapping tools, or Figma is a plus.
