Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell neurovascular, spine, and cranial medical devices within assigned markets.
Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Identify sales opportunities, manage product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Develop market strategies that increase product visibility and adoption.
Maintain an active customer network and expand the client base across regions.
Travel extensively to meet clients, conduct demos, and support procedures where needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to report market feedback and support product development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
At least five years of medical device sales experience, including three years in neurosurgery, spine, or neurovascular technologies.
Proven performance in regional markets with an existing customer network preferred.
Fluency in English and the relevant local language.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Willing to travel more than 50 percent of the time across the assigned region.
