Create and implement monthly and quarterly sales and marketing plans.
Generate steady leads through both online and offline channels.
Train the realtor team on closing techniques, sales systems, and effective follow-up methods.
Work directly with the CEO to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
Build marketing funnels that move audiences from awareness to active purchase.
Secure partnerships that expand sales opportunities and corporate engagements.
