The Account/Tax Analyst will manage bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial analysis while providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role is fully remote and involves preparing financial statements, reporting, and offering recommendations for effective financial management.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings.
Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports.
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to management.
Use financial and accounting software to manage data and reporting.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective financial decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial analysis, and taxation.
Proficient in preparing financial statements and financial reporting.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
Proficiency with work technology tools and accounting software.
Professional certifications such as ICAN are an added advantage.
