This position focuses on driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and strengthening market presence for Solar Africa (Cworth Energy). It is a target-driven role for proactive individuals interested in renewable energy sales.
Identify and convert new business opportunities across various customer segments
Conduct market mapping, field research, and community assessments
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
Manage a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and timely closures
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales activity reports
Provide market insights to support sales strategy decisions
Build and sustain long-term client relationships
Represent the company at field activations, outreach programs, exhibitions, and visits
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in targeted sales, business development, or client relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Added advantage: experience with digital marketing, CRM tools, or sales platforms
Willingness to travel nationwide for client engagements
Highly driven and able to meet sales targets consistently
