Research Assistant

The Enthusiast Grid LLC is seeking a Research Assistant to support research initiatives by conducting literature reviews, gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in project coordination.

Conduct literature reviews and collect information from various sources

Create, schedule, and manage social media content to share research findings

Organize and maintain research data and databases

Assist with data analysis and compilation of findings

Prepare research summaries and reports

Support project coordination and timelines

Verify information accuracy

Perform administrative research tasks

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Strong research and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management tools

Ability to work independently and in teams

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail

Must have a personal laptop and work tools

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of prior research experience

Familiarity with research databases (e.g., Google Scholar)

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
