Identify and secure new business opportunities while meeting set sales goals
Develop and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and customized engineering solutions
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales technical support
Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and internal sales teams for accurate solution delivery
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in mechanical sales engineering
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and engineering solutions
Proven ability in proposal development, deal closure, and meeting sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret technical specifications and convert them into client-focused solutions
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage
