International Student Advisor

As an International Student Advisor at Passage, you will guide prospective international students through program selection, application processes, financing options, and visa procedures, helping them achieve life-changing educational opportunities.

Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, events, and webinars

Conduct advising sessions on program options, eligibility, pathways, and admissions processes

Guide students through application steps, required documents, deadlines, and next-step decisions

Maintain a thorough understanding of Passage’s programs, financing products, and admissions standards

Advise students on study permit processes and best practices for visa success

Meet and exceed monthly and weekly recruitment and conversion targets

Track leads and applications accurately in Passage’s CRM

Identify bottlenecks and proactively guide students toward submission and enrollment

Analyze conversion data to improve workflows and student guidance

Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams on applications, campaigns, webinars, and student events

2–4 years of experience in international student recruitment, advising, or counseling

Strong knowledge of Canadian admissions, program pathways, and visa processes

Proven success in meeting or exceeding recruitment or conversion targets

Outstanding communication and student engagement skills

Strong advising, problem-solving, and expectation-setting abilities

Experience with CRMs and managing high-volume pipelines

Organized, reliable, and detail-focused

Ability to work across time zones and cultural contexts
