Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with branch employees and customers
Solicit new clients and expand prospective/existing clientele
Manage reporting, planning, and administrative activities
Conduct market analysis including branch/client profiling and competitor product surveys
Attend district/region monthly or quarterly meetings
First-degree or equivalent education
Minimum 2 years post-NYSC work experience with at least 1 year in insurance sales
Team player with strong oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and excellent grooming
