Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support
Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques for trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions
Collaborate with team members to deliver client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services
Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience providing therapy to women, preferably in trauma-informed settings
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Experience working with women from diverse backgrounds
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Commitment to social justice, equity, and empowerment
