Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our flagship digital products. The ideal candidate has at least six (6) years of progressive experience in product management, program delivery, or related fields, and can blend strong product vision with operational excellence to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle; driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement while aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and exceptional user experiences.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Senior Product Owner. The Senior Product Owner will oversee the entire product lifecycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing product backlogs, conducting business analysis, liaising between stakeholders and development teams, and driving product strategy to deliver value-driven solutions. The candidate will ensure the alignment of product goals with organizational objectives while tracking performance metrics and proposing continuous improvements

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management or delivery
• Proven experience managing digital products end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling customer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, user research, agile delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies.
