Develop and implement sales strategies and plans
Manage assigned customers and budget base, securing business in line with corporate objectives
Build relationships with OEM partners and understand OEM technologies to drive revenue
Develop customer value propositions and provide consultative sales solutions
Understand target customers and assigned account base to offer integrated solutions
Research and analyze competitive and industry trends; prepare reports and recommend actions
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and timely data
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3–5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT/consulting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions
Experienced in CRM tools and platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
