Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in selling IT solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, or ERP
Strong business acumen with a consultative approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing teams in target-driven environments
Nice to Have:
Experience in fast-growing tech or MSP organizations
Understanding of SaaS and subscription-based sales models
Background in enterprise sales
