Portfolio Manager

Blue Marina Asset Management Limited is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead investment strategy, oversee portfolio management, and ensure sustainable returns aligned with client objectives and company growth.

Define, communicate, and execute the firm’s investment philosophy and strategy

Align investment strategies with long-term goals, client objectives, and regulatory requirements

Provide strategic direction to junior portfolio managers, analysts, and the wider investment team

Oversee construction, allocation, and performance of investment portfolios across asset classes

Ensure portfolios operate within defined risk and return parameters

Approve significant investment decisions and monitor adherence to asset allocation guidelines

Stay updated on global and local economic trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities

Guide the investment team in developing actionable insights

Monitor and mitigate market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks across portfolios

Represent the firm’s investment strategy and performance to clients, regulators, and stakeholders

Generate investment leads leveraging available asset classes

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Professional certifications such as CIS, CFA, ACCA, or ACA required

Must be a SEC-sponsored individual

Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a similar or senior management role

Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills

Excellent communication and client management abilities
