Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Technology and Data Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, data systems, and analytics operations. The role involves managing data accuracy, security, reporting, and leading technology projects to support business objectives.
Design, implement, and maintain data systems ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
Develop compelling data visualizations for effective decision-making
Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations
Oversee IT infrastructure, including software, networks, and databases
Lead technology-related projects, coordinating stakeholders and managing budgets
Develop and enforce data security policies and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage relationships with technology vendors and evaluate IT solutions
Supervise and mentor a team of data and technology professionals
Support business growth through data analytics and informed recommendations
Maintain effective monthly reporting on all departmental activities
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
Completion of NYSC program
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in data and technology management
Knowledge of data security best practices and regulations
Strong communication, business writing, planning, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and relevant software
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and team management skills
Ability to identify clients and contribute to business growth
