Finance Manager

AM Uriela Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all financial activities, provide strategic financial direction, and ensure compliance with regulations, supporting the company’s business objectives.

Provide leadership and strategic direction for the finance and accounting department

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management, and financial controls

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives

Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and investors

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in line with IFRS

Safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the General Manager and Board

Manage and develop the finance and accounting team

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management

Handle investor relations, communications, tax planning, and compliance

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting or Finance (ACCA or ICAN preferred); MBA is an added advantage

Minimum 8 years of experience in a structured organization, with at least 3 years in a management role in manufacturing

Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies

Strong understanding of IFRS and financial regulations

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting software (Excel minimum)

Knowledge of the Agro-Allied/Manufacturing industry is a plus
