Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project investment strategies to achieve financial targets
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis
Negotiate financing terms with lenders and investors to secure optimal funding
Lead financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess investment viability and potential returns
Manage investment portfolios and monitor performance against targets
Collaborate with developers, brokers, legal teams, and other stakeholders for successful project execution
Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and economic factors affecting investments
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and board members
Required Qualifications
HND or B.Sc degree in Finance or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project finance and investment management
Proven track record in executing project investment strategies with strong financial results
Extensive knowledge of market analysis, investment valuation, and financial modeling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
