Job Summary

A full-time sales role focused on property marketing, client engagement, and meeting set sales targets within the Lekki/Epe axis. The ideal candidate should be confident, skilled in communication, and experienced in marketing.





Key Responsibilities


Drive property sales and engage prospective clients


Manage marketing activities and build strong client networks


Handle negotiations and provide detailed product information


Maintain excellent communication with clients across channels


Work independently to meet sales goals and deliver results


Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records


Required Qualifications

Must live within the Lekki/Epe axis


B.Sc, HND, or OND academic qualification


Minimum of one year experience as a marketing executive or similar role


Strong networking, marketing, and negotiation abilities


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Confident, smart, and able to work with minimal supervision
