Full Stack Engineer III (with WordPress expertise)

Lead the development and maintenance of robust frontend and backend systems, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to innovative solutions and process improvements in a fast-paced, remote-first digital environment.

Lead the design and implementation of advanced frontend and backend systems

Optimize performance across the full stack using innovative techniques

Create and maintain advanced, reusable components and services

Plan and execute complex assignments with focus on innovative solutions

Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration

Improve code quality, process efficiency, and project delivery timelines

5–7 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a team environment

Proficiency with WordPress as a CMS

Proficiency in full-stack technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, NextJS, and AWS

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL

Strong understanding of software development at scale and product mindset

Strong communication skills

Positive recommendations from previous managers and teammates

College education is a plus

Must be able to work in the EST time zone

Experience with GCP
