Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
Build and manage online communities, especially on Telegram
Engage daily with users, moderate discussions, share updates, and boost activity
Repurpose existing content into bite-sized posts, captions, and stories
Research fintech trends, influencers, and partnership opportunities
Assist with investor and partnership outreach campaigns
Track social performance and community growth metrics
Required Qualifications
Clear, creative, and confident writing skills
Understanding of growing and managing digital communities (Telegram experience is a plus)
Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
Organized, consistent, and able to work independently
Interest in startups, fintech, or emerging-market innovation
Bonus: Familiarity with automation tools like Buffer, n8n, or Make.com
