The Relationship Manager Team Lead will oversee and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, focusing on fixed deposits, liability generation, and high-value client relationship management. The role emphasizes deposit mobilization, portfolio growth, and achieving revenue targets.
* Lead, mentor, and supervise the Relationship Management team to achieve deposit and sales targets.
* Drive acquisition of fixed deposits and manage high-value client accounts.
* Oversee a portfolio of HNIs, corporate, and institutional clients for retention and growth.
* Develop strategies to expand the organization’s liability base.
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Evaluate team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
* Prepare performance reports for senior management.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
* Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding and product delivery.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
* Strong knowledge of fixed deposits and liability generation.
* Proven success in achieving deposit mobilization targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Established network in financial services, banking, wealth, or asset management.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
* High professionalism, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness.
