Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals
Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries, providing accurate information
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance
Provide feedback to management on competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights
Participate in sales promotions and marketing campaigns with the marketing team
Prepare and submit sales quotations and proposals to customers and financial institutions
Conduct test drives for potential customers and ensure a positive experience
Manage the vehicle delivery process, ensuring documentation and requirements are complete
Maintain high customer satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and document feedback
Keep the customer database updated and submit daily and periodic sales reports
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Residence on the Island
1–2 years of sales experience (automobile industry experience is an advantage)
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
