Job Summary

The company seeks an experienced sales leader to drive strategy, lead the sales team, expand market presence, and strengthen industry relationships within the construction sector.





Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strong sales strategies


Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets


Identify new business opportunities


Build and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and key stakeholders


Track market trends and deliver accurate sales forecasts


Coordinate with marketing and project teams


Set and monitor KPIs for departmental performance

Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field


5–8 years sales leadership experience (preferably in construction)


Strong knowledge of construction materials/products


Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills


Ability to work under pressure with a strategic approach
