Business Operations Manager

Bave Design Studio is seeking a disciplined and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a new skincare retail store in Ogudu, Lagos, ensuring smooth physical and online store performance.

Manage daily operations of the physical store.

Coordinate staff schedules, performance, and discipline.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.

Oversee inventory activities in collaboration with the Inventory Manager.

Monitor and support online order processing and deliveries.

Create and enforce SOPs for store workflow.

Prepare daily sales and operations reports for management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.

Take full ownership of the store in the CEO’s absence.

3–7 years of experience managing a retail store (beauty/skincare preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive.

Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.

Experience with retail POS systems and basic reporting tools.

Comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
