Dwelix is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to advance its digital property-management and rent-flow platform. The role involves building scalable, secure, and production-ready features across multiple user dashboards while collaborating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Build, maintain, and optimize full-stack features using React + TypeScript + Vite.
Develop secure backend APIs with Node.js/Express or Supabase functions.
Implement dashboards for multiple roles: landlord, tenant, lawyer, scout, state admin, service crew, etc.
Integrate KYC, BVN/NIN verification, digital contracts, storage, wallets, and payments (Paystack/Flutterwave).
Ensure clean architecture, scalable code, error-free deployments, and fast debugging.
Collaborate with product owners, interns, and DevOps/security engineers.
Maintain GitHub workflow, perform code reviews, and document development processes.
Strong expertise in React + TypeScript (Vite, shadcn/ui).
Backend experience with Node.js/Express or Supabase (RLS, SQL, Auth).
Solid understanding of Postgres SQL, database structure, and migrations.
Ability to design APIs and micro-service logic.
Experience with authentication, file uploads, KYC flows, and multi-role applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub, and production debugging.
Bonus: experience with payments, escrow logic, or proptech platforms.
