Job Summary

Larryshem Limited is searching for an experienced Architect who can manage architectural and interior design projects from the initial concept stage through technical detailing, 3D development, and on-site supervision, ensuring each project meets the company’s quality and design standards.





Key Responsibilities


Lead the complete design cycle for architectural and interior projects, from concept creation to final execution.


Produce space plans, layouts, concept boards, and presentation materials.


Develop detailed technical drawings including plans, elevations, joinery details, lighting layouts, and sections.


Prepare documentation such as specifications, material lists, and finishing schedules.


Coordinate drawings and technical information with structural, MEP, and other professional teams.


Conduct daily site visits to ensure that construction and installations align with design intent and approved drawings.


Communicate technical details clearly to site teams and artisans.


Identify site deviations promptly and provide corrective guidance.


Monitor quality of workmanship across joinery, tiling, partitions, ceilings, and finishing tasks.


Generate daily site reports covering progress, deviations, corrective actions, materials, and next steps.


Work closely with vendors, procurement, and contractors to maintain timelines and standards.


Provide management with periodic technical updates and ensure all deliverables meet required specifications.



Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Architecture.


6 to 8 years professional experience spanning design, detailing, and construction supervision.


Strong portfolio showcasing interior projects, architectural detailing, and completed site work.


Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape or Lumion, and related design tools.


Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishing techniques.


Ability to prepare drawings that translate accurately into on-site execution.


Strong knowledge of joinery, lighting, tiling, MEP coordination, and project sequencing.


Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams.


Highly proactive, organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
