Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and guide them in choosing products
Provide excellent customer service and follow up when necessary
Promote products to increase in-store sales
Create simple videos or pictures for social media
Support basic marketing and visibility activities
Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
Operate POS and issue receipts
Handle customer complaints politely
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
Friendly, confident, and well-spoken
Presentable and well-groomed
Able to use phone/social media for simple content
Honest, reliable, and eager to learn
