Western Union is seeking a Junior Business Development Associate to support the local sales team while developing skills for a future full sales role across North and Anglophone West Africa. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to sales operations, reporting, and business development in a dynamic environment.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and feedback to monitor KPIs and performance.
Identify and escalate process-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collect market and consumer insights to inform marketing and network development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help achieve regional goals.
Participate in training and shadowing opportunities to develop core sales and business development skills.
Interest in building a career in sales and business development.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
