Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, and activate field devices including trackers, fuel sensors, dashcams, and IoT hardware.
Assist technicians with device setup and document configuration settings.
Maintain inventory logs of device status, serials, IMEIs, and deployment history; monitor stock levels.
Build structured Excel trackers, maintain SOPs, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Support workflow optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting device issues with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match).
Basic knowledge of IoT hardware and connectivity.
Clear communicator with a professional approach.
OND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
1–3 years in technical support or IoT device handling (preferred).
Experience with trackers, sensors, or telematics is a plus.
