Yingke Law is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen HR functions across its Lagos and Abuja offices. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance with labour regulations, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Oversee HR operations across Lagos and Abuja offices
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintaining a positive work environment
Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback systems, and staff development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies
Develop and update HR policies as needed
Support management in achieving organizational goals
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of two years’ proven experience in HR management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
