Develop and execute the Bank’s five-year roadmap and annual operating plans
Drive business expansion across credit, deposits, digital channels, and customer segments
Oversee daily banking operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and excellent customer service
Implement robust credit policies and risk management frameworks
Ensure full compliance with CBN, NDIC, AML/CFT, and other statutory requirements
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team
Represent the Bank to regulators, investors, and strategic partners
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including fintech partnerships and blockchain-enabled tools
Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and innovation
