VerdeAgro Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, promoting our high-quality agro products, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote VerdeAgro products through presentations, calls, and meetings.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement sales strategies.
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events.
Provide feedback on customer needs, product trends, and market conditions to management.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management (preferably in agro-products or FMCG).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a B.Sc or B.Tech in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
Previous experience in agro-business sales or product distribution is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior in Nigeria is an added advantage.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
