This role focuses on expanding The First Group’s presence in the Nigerian market by developing a strong network of agents, referrers, and brokerage firms. The successful candidate will drive investor interest in Dubai’s premium real estate opportunities while operating fully remotely from Abuja or Lagos.
Build and maintain a robust network of individual agents and brokerage companies within Abuja or Lagos
Introduce and showcase The First Group’s Dubai property investment portfolio to partners and prospective investors
Conduct both virtual and physical presentations, training sessions, and strategy meetings
Lead business development efforts to improve lead generation, investor engagement, and overall conversions
Provide weekly reports and market insights to the regional leadership team
Represent the organization at relevant business gatherings, conferences, and networking events
Meet and exceed monthly performance expectations and sales KPIs
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory, or
Experience as a banking relationship or portfolio manager, or
Background as an insurance broker managing corporate or high-value clients
Strong network within high-net-worth or investor communities
Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong discipline
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
