Elima Rose is seeking an experienced Training and Consulting Specialist to drive client acquisition, manage training programs, and deliver tailored consulting solutions. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of relevant experience and be skilled in developing, executing, and promoting training services.
Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities for training and consulting services.
Develop strategies for sourcing training materials that meet client-specific needs.
Implement marketing initiatives that promote available training packages effectively.
Manage training activities to ensure they align with organizational standards and client expectations.
Maintain strong relationships with external training partners and ensure quality service delivery.
Design and execute consulting solutions that address unique client challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in any of the social sciences.
5–6 years of proven experience in training and consulting roles.
Strong understanding of training methodologies and consulting frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated success in developing and marketing training programs.
Strong ICT proficiency.
