MOD Arts School of Music is hiring skilled and passionate music instructors to teach instruments such as guitar, clarinet, piano, cello, and drums. The role involves delivering personalized lessons, guiding students of various ages, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Deliver one-on-one or group lessons for guitar, clarinet, piano, cello, and drums.
Create lesson plans that support individual student goals and skill levels.
Provide a motivating and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Track student development and offer constructive feedback.
Work with the music team to support the school’s teaching objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related discipline.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
Strong proficiency in the chosen instrument(s).
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to teach students across different age groups and capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, or diploma from a reputable music institution.
MUSON or ABRSM Grade 7 certification.
Additional training in music pedagogy.
Knowledge of music theory, history, and varied teaching methods.
