* Identify and engage prospective Distributors & Wholesalers; pitch and secure agreements
* Deliver monthly targets for TTV, acquisition, revenue, and active retailers
* Build and execute strategic growth plans to drive platform adoption and trading performance
* Ensure distributor and wholesaler success, including accurate listings, pricing, inventory, and assortment management
* Diagnose challenges and coordinate cross-functional solutions
* Maintain distributor/wholesaler engagement on performance, trends, digital adoption, and operational issues
* Lead a team of RedForce officers covering 1500–2000 retailers
* Drive acquisition and activation of new retailers, local demand generation, and market mapping
* Gather feedback, capture purchase receipts, and upload insights into RedTAG
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 5–10 years of experience in retail, preferably FMCG or B2B marketplace environment
* Strong understanding of customer experience and relationship management
* Excellent analytical, business writing, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP and CRM tools knowledge advantageous
* Self-starter with proactive approach and ability to work independently
