The Technical Engineer provides technical support for inverter and energy storage products, handling pre-sales consultations, troubleshooting, repairs, and installer training. The role requires strong electrical or electronics expertise and hands-on problem-solving skills.
* Provide pre-sales technical support and system configuration guidance
* Advise installers on proper installation, wiring, and commissioning
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely or on-site
* Perform disassembly, inspection, and PCB-level repair of inverters
* Conduct technical training sessions for installers and dealers
* Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics preferred
* Experience with solar or inverter systems is a strong advantage
* Proficient with testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to travel for on-site support

* Junior Technician: ₦150,000/month
* Technical Engineer (Mid-Level): ₦150,000–₦200,000/month
* Repair-Capable Engineer: ₦200,000–₦250,000/month
* Probation Period: 2 months
