Growatt New Energy is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, and support solar inverters, EV charging systems, and portable power products. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to customers, support installation and commissioning, collaborate with service teams, and maintain accurate maintenance records and spare-parts data.
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on inverters, boards, and related components.
* Provide customer assistance during installation, commissioning, and training stages.
* Offer on-site technical support when required.
* Work with the technical team to resolve product issues and assist service engineers with fault resolution.
* Manage spare-parts data, support warehouse coordination, and ensure accurate reporting to headquarters.
* Prepare and complete maintenance documentation and service records.
* Strong understanding of the power electronics sector; prior experience with PV inverter maintenance is an advantage.
* Good spoken English for effective communication.
* Familiarity with electronic components and ability to diagnose electrical and electronic issues.
* Skilled in welding, component testing, and cable routing.
* Ability to create accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
