Job Summary

XurielHQ is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive Trainee who is passionate about consulting, client engagement, and business growth. The role supports client acquisition, market research, lead generation, and brand visibility while helping the firm expand its reach across the HR and consulting sector.








Key Responsibilities

*Job Description:*


* Support the planning and execution of business development strategies to expand the client base and boost service adoption.

* Conduct market and industry research to identify leads, trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

* Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and outreach through calls, emails, digital channels, and physical meetings.

* Participate in creating and presenting proposals, service portfolios, pitches, and customized client solutions.

* Maintain proper records of leads, interactions, follow-up activities, and conversions using CRM tools.

* Support company-organized events, webinars, and client engagement sessions.

* Manage social media engagement, networking efforts, and community involvement to strengthen the brand presence.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Communications, Economics, or a related field.

* 0–2 years experience in sales, business development, HR, or other customer-focused roles.

* Must reside in Ibadan, ideally around Bodija and nearby areas.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Interest in HR, consulting, client-facing work, and strategic problem-solving.

* Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, or sales platforms is an added advantage.

* Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn in a hybrid work structure.
