OLTO Resource Dynamics is recruiting an experienced Research Human Resources Business Partner to lead a data-driven approach to talent assessment, workforce analytics, and evidence-based HR strategy. The role focuses on designing assessment frameworks, conducting talent research, analyzing behavioral data, and supporting managers with insights that strengthen recruitment and development decisions.
* Design and develop assessments including psychometric, behavioral, and situational evaluations.
* Conduct talent research and validate assessment tools to predict performance outcomes.
* Analyze assessment data and link results to KPIs, retention patterns, and workforce metrics.
* Enhance candidate experience and ensure processes are inclusive and engaging.
* Provide evidence-based guidance to managers and executives on recruitment and talent development.
* Keep up with global trends in talent science, HR technology, and workforce analytics.
* Establish and implement a structured talent assessment framework for the organization.
* Support thought leadership initiatives in talent management and HR innovation.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, talent research, or organizational psychology.
* Practical experience with psychometric tools and assessment methodologies.
* Certification in talent assessment or psychometrics is an added advantage.
* Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
* Strategic mindset with a collaborative and innovative approach.
