Scale Army is a growth platform for hospitality, helping restaurants, retail shops, and culinary creators expand revenue using AI-powered tools. The Business Development Representative will prospect, qualify, and engage leads while supporting sales and pipeline growth.
* Prospect and engage new leads via inbound, outbound, and CRM channels.
* Conduct outreach through email, phone, and social platforms (Instagram DM, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Build relationships with hospitality operators to understand needs and drive adoption of the platform.
* Collaborate with Account Executives on demos, messaging, and insights.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and support pipeline reporting.
* Test and optimize outbound cadences, messaging, and conversion strategies.
* Minimum 2 years experience in BDR/SDR or sales-adjacent roles (SaaS or hospitality tech preferred).
* Excellent communication skills with empathy for small business owners.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Highly organized, metrics-driven, and self-directed.
* Interest in AI tools, GTM systems, and restaurant growth strategies.
* Passion for food, restaurants, and U.S. culinary culture.
