* Supervise, coach, and mentor LPG personnel in the region
* Ensure achievement of sales targets and market share objectives

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop go-to-market strategies
* Expand distribution channels and penetrate new markets
Required Qualifications
* University degree (minimum second class lower) in a relevant Science discipline
* Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
* Minimum 8 years of proven sales and business development experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role in Oil & Gas, FMCG, or related industry
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience in managing key accounts and developing profitable relationships
* Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and channel development
