Strivo Labs is seeking a skilled UI/UX Engineer to design and implement user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces across web and mobile platforms. The role combines front-end development expertise with a strong design sensibility to deliver intuitive and scalable digital experiences.
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
* Develop responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces using modern web and mobile technologies.
* Ensure consistent brand identity and design systems across products.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
* Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
* Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless, data-driven experiences.
* Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system and component library.
* Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
* Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
* Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles.
* Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and design execution.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie).
* Familiarity with user research methods and A/B testing.
* Knowledge of design tokens and component-driven UI development (e.g., Storybook).
* Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise SaaS is an advantage.
