This position oversees security operations across the company’s real estate and construction environments. The role focuses on safeguarding properties, project sites, personnel, clients, equipment, and materials through strong security structures, policies, and supervision.
* Develop and enforce security procedures for estates and construction sites.
* Supervise internal security teams and external security service providers.
* Carry out risk assessments, routine site audits, and incident investigations.
* Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and asset protection measures.
* Liaise with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities when required.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management within real estate or construction.
* Retired Nigerian Police Officer (rank of ASP or above) is strongly preferred.
* Solid understanding of security operations, emergency response, and surveillance systems.
* Strong leadership ability with effective communication and crisis-management skills.
* Security certifications such as CPP or PSP are an added advantage.
